Old South Lighting & Ironworks was established in 2006 by Robby Turner with a vision to personalize every home with a combination of unique lighting, lanterns & beautiful custom ironwork. The philosophy of Old South is to find and create products that are unique and will create a lasting impression for your residence or business. We also carry ceiling fan products from Hunter, Casablanca, Emerson, Concord, Fanamation, Savoy, Elliot Fans, as well as our in house builder brands. Gas lanterns can also be a beautiful addition to your courtyard, driveway, or entrances. We represent the most beautiful gas & electric lantern lines in the industry and have our own line of copper lanterns with very unique designs or can customize to fit your requirements. If you can’t find anything that meets your taste from our production lines, our custom department can design and build lighting fixtures or gas lanterns to meet your dimensions & design requirements.
Old South’s ironwork division can fabricate anything you can dream of from iron, brass, copper, bronze, aluminum or stainless materials. Our craftsmen are experienced in hand forged blacksmith work & cast iron and can create unique designs tailored to your needs. We work directly with you or your architects & designers to create a one-of-a-kind solution from the initial design planning stages through to the installation stage for railings, planters, staircase, iron doors & windows, iron garage doors, gates, a/c returns, chandeliers, lanterns, island brackets, copper & steel awnings, hardware, curtain rods or any other items you may dream of.
